For those going on Turr there will be a lot going on and it is also a daunting task of getting from track to track. However, a person still has to eat and there are many wonderful places to eat at each stop of the Turr. So here are a few places that were recommended by Turr worker Becca Pelkey.
Jamestown
Jonny B's Brickhouse:
Jamestown kicks it off with some of the best pizza in the state! From fire roasted pizza to an excellent beer selection Jonny B's Brickhouse will start your Turr off right! They have an amazing selection of fun appetizers such as the fan favorite traditional breaded wings to homemade pizza rolls. However, from many personal experiences, everything on the menu is truly amazing!

Minot
Finishline Burgers and Brews (Velva):
The drive from Jamestown to Minot can be a long one but if you plan it right you need to make a stop in Velva which is just outside of Minot at the Finish Line Burgers and Brews. This place is 100% committed to local racing and is packed wall to wall with racing memorabilia. You also will receive excellent service and can make your own custom burger! If that's not your thing then try a racing specialty burger which is based off local racing personalities. Yes, if you're a race fan or driver that likes great food and a fun racing atmosphere you must make a stop here!
Minot:
Schatz Crossroads Truck Stop:
Hey that Schatz name sounds familiar....well it should. Schatz's Crossroads Truck Stop will be an unique experience. It's a true run of the mill truck stop with excellent food and excellent service as well! Go get some of that tasty food to help with the second night hangover and you may never know what you might see there. Heck, there could even be a John Jr. sighting at five in the morning...but seriously you never know what racing figure you will see there.
Williston:
Doc Holliday's Roadhouse:
We're in the wild west and this place personifies a great bar and grill! From massive steaks to excellent burgers and pasta Doc's has it all! Plus, race fans it's close to the track and provides an excellent resort to escape the heat! Doc's will be one of the many fine establishments for you to choose from in Williston!
Dickinson:
J D's BBQ:
A popular stop for drivers and race fans before a race, J D's BBQ is a fun stop for all those who choose to go. They have some of the best BBQ in the west and all of their patrons would agree that it is a very family friendly place. They also have a great selection of beverages from beer to mixed drinks race fans, drivers you can't partake in those unless it rains out....Seriously though, J D's BBQ will do you right.

Mandan:
Stage Stop Saloon and Grill and Rolling Hills Truck Stop: Stage Stop is a close stop on the way to the track. They have a great bar menu and is a fantastic place to fill up on your favorite after the races beverages. It's newly remodeled and is a great atmosphere to take a short break from the racing world or to recharge your batteries before going back to the track.
Rolling Hills Truck Stop is another great place to stop at on your way to the track. It's right off the interstate which is a great opportunity to fuel up your truck and your belly. The convenience store next door as all your favorite quick eats but its the restaurant you don't want to miss. They are known for their home-cooking German style food. If you want a real taste of North Dakota, you can go wrong with a big bowl of knoephla soup, some of the best soup around. Heck, if you like it so much, you can get a small bucket for the road. The best part, it is open 24/7 so if you're one of those drivers who like to leave immediately after the races, they will be open for you at 2:00am. Or if you one of those drivers who like to party all night and need some substance, they will also be open for you at 6:00am.
